Pre-Ordering Info
There is a minimum order of 5 meals. All orders must be placed 48 hours before the delivery day.
Meals can be delivered on Monday’s and Friday’s for a $5 fee. Any delivery request farther than 20 miles will be a $15 fee.
Meals can also be picked up free of charge at Lotus Yoga Studio on Mondays at 9 a.m.
Allergy Friendly Company
All of the offered items are free of gluten, soy, dairy, corn, peanuts, pork, hydrogenated oils and processed sugar.
Seasonal Menu
We offer four seasonal menus (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall).
Each menu is catered to the particular season’s produce, spices, herbs, honey, and other locally sourced ingredients.
The Spring Equinox (March 19th, 2024) will mark the beginning of the spring menu.
Summer Menu: June 20th, 2024
Fall Menu: September 22, 2024
Winter Menu: December 21st, 2024
